Our goal is to place children for adoption with loving families while simplifying and reducing the expense and heartache commonly involved with the process. Our programs include international adoption, domestic adoption and Texas foster care adoption. We also offer international Homestudies and Homestudies in Texas. If adoption is on your heart, there is a program that is right for you.

A Brief History

Adoption Covenant was founded by Merinda K. Condra who is herself an adoptive parent. Merinda, an attorney, formed Adoption Covenant after encountering unnecessary delays and complications in her own attempt to adopt a child. Her goal is simple, help parentless children by placing them with caring families and making the adoption process as smooth as possible. Learn more about us.
